REFUNDS only if card has been purchased with tracking and it is marked as lost or returned.

NO RESELLING of cards under your own name or business.

NO MODIFICATION: Cards and artwork are sold as is. No modification or alteration is allowed.

CURRENT PROCESSING RATE: 5-7 days once order is received.

SHIPPING: Per carrier, I cannot control what happens.

TARIFFS etc: I ship from the USA. So all USA orders should be fine. Other countries may be subject to your own taxes and fees. That is on the client to figure out your own rate.
